As part of the benefits to our students, the Student Services department offers students a Student Identity Card (Student ID).


1. Upload your photo in your profile at MyNexus

Photo specifications:

  • Recent color photo
  • Must show full front view of your head and include the top of your shoulders
  • Use plain white or off-white background
  • Have someone to take your photo. No selfies
  • Don’t forget to smile!

2. Once you have uploaded your photo please send an email to request your ID providing your full name and address to

Note: Please allow us 10 to 15business days to process your request. There is no cost for the ID, but replacement cards will cost $8.00.

Our facilities

Nexus aims to provide an environment that is safe for students to congregate and meet and is conducive to effective instruction and learning.

• Classrooms and Computer Labs

The University provides students with air-conditioned classrooms that are equipped with interactive whiteboard. Each room will have access to the internet and charging access points.

Students may use the computer lab at any time for school related activities.

• Study/conference Rooms

This facility also supports students working in teams who need a place to hold discussions or study.

• Student Lounge

The local campus provides student with a space, a casual space for relaxation and socialization by students and faculty alike, where they can meet and associate with fellow students.

• Location of Nexus University

Strategically located, Nexus University is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, fast food, hotels, US Post Office services, banks in within a mile of our campus. Can we add a link to google maps to navigate to see the business near the area?


Students can access the nearest parking lots and public transportation. Fees may vary. Also, our campus is located one block from a metro mover station. Since Nexus University is an online institution, we do not provide housing accommodations.
